Mandya, Sep 9: The case, in which it was said that BJP leader Jagannath Shetty is honey trapped and Rs 50 lac is extracted from him by the trap setters, has taken a twist and a video showing Shetty being caught red handed by the uncle of the girl student in the lodge has gone viral.
In the video, which is said to have shot on February 26, it is clearly visible that Jagannath is caught red handed by the uncle of the girl student and one more person. It is accused that Shetty called the girl student to lodge on some pretext. The video also shows the uncle of the girl student assaulting both.
In the video it is also seen that Salma Banu, who is already arrested in the case, in entering the room.
Jagannath Shetty has filed a complaint on Salma Banu and some others of blackmailing him and extracting money.
