Mangaluru: Yamaha Music Square introduces brand-new lineup of Revstar electric guitars

Media release

Mangaluru, Jul 19:

Yamaha Music Square Mangalore on Tuesday, July 19 introduced the brand-new lineup of Revstar electric guitars launched recently by Yamaha Music Worldwide.

Initially launched in 2015, Revstar was the first new electric guitar series from Yamaha in more than a decade, drawing on the brand's heritage in electric guitar design and the origin of motorcycle design from the Yamaha Motor Company.

"The original Revstar concept was inspired by café racer motorcycles—high-performance racing machines that showcased the riders' personality," "The new Revstar series fine-tunes that concept with enhanced playability, versatility, and tone, for players interested in classic style with modern upgrades."

Revstar Guitars are all about versatility with unique switching options included.

The new Revstar series comes in three tiers: Element, Standard, and the made-in-Japan Professional. All models feature chambered bodies developed with the signature Yamaha Acoustic Design process. Using advanced measurement and modeling tools, Yamaha developed the chambering pattern to precisely shape tone and increase resonance while lowering weight and optimizing balance.

The All New 2022 Revstar Guitars were unveiled at Yamaha Music Square here at 5 PM by guest of honour Patrick Pereira (Patma) well known Musician & Teacher from Mangalore. Also present would be Joseph D’Souza, musician and chief teacher at Yamaha Music Square and Ripple Boruah, guitar specialist from Yamaha Music India, New Delhi.

Yamaha Music Square is open on Sundays for the convenience of customers who would like to visit the store from locations outside Mangaluru like Udupi, Kundapur, Puttur etc
