Kasargod: Man held for creating fake documents, swindling crores of rupees

Kasargod, Jun 30: The police arrested a 35-year-old man for allegedly swindling crores of rupees by creating fake documents in Goa. He was handed over to the Goa police by Kasargod police.

The arrested is Althaf.

Women’s' police station sub-inspector along with her team nabbed the accused from Alampady.

Superintendent of police Vaibhav Saxena conducted a raid on authentic information and arrested the accused. Althaf was arrested when he was at his wife’s residence.

The Goa police had information that the accused had done his MBA degree and had cheated people of about Rs 90 crore.

In this regard, Goa police have registered a case.
