Mangaluru, Apr 2: The foundation stone was laid for Citadel Projects and Developers’ latest 25-storey ‘Callista Sky Villa’ apartment project at Kadri Kambala Road on Saturday April 2.
MLA Vedavyasa Kamath who attended the programme said, "Mangaluru's acclaimed builders Citadel Projects and Developers are constructing innovative apartments of 4,250 sq ft each in Kadri Kambala. "Upalekar Sadekar Architects Interior Designers, Mumbai are the architects and Shilp Consulting Engineers, Mumbai are the structural consultants for the construction of the building. This 25-storey building will be a landmark in the city. Each floor consists of one apartment with all luxurious amenities,” he said.
Owners of Citadel Projects and Developers, Ram Kumar Bekal, Ajith Kumar KP, and Sandeep Konchady laid the foundation stone for the new building.
Corporators Shakeela Kava, Manohar Shetty, Sudhir Shetty Kannur, Credai president Pushparaj Jain, architect Sunil Sadekar and other distinguished guests were present on the occasion.
