I join scores of people in saying KUDOS to The Rachna awardees for their roles in different fields. It is matter of delight and pride to see Our Mangaloreans doing so well in various areas. Some of the awardess are personally known to me . Pascal Nazareth hails from a family of achievers. His Father was a well know judge known for his integrity, honesty and forthrightness. His sister Margaret has has brought honour to Mangalore and D.K. by being the first Mangalorean Governor and Pascal himself has done a great job by being the founder of the Sarvodaya Internatonal Trust promoting Gandian philosophy. His recent publication of The Book on Gandhi is another feather in his cap.

Vincent - a young business man has indeed done a great job as one of the well known industrialists in The Port City of Mangalore. He has imbibed the great qualities from his father who continues to be his guide in the business field.

Now about IVAN. Here is a mand who can be rated as a ROLE MODEL for all young men. He has built an empire in Dubai by sheer dint of hard work and has in his emplyment various people specially from Mangalore. I recall Ivan's visit to my place some time agao. He called me - introduiced himself and just walked in as he was keen on meeting. What is more is that he few down all the way from Dubai just for a day to be present for our diamond wedding.

    Congrats all the awardees.
