Mangaluru, Dec 10: Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal (BD) staged a protest here at Gujjarakere on Friday December 10, against the suicide of a four-member family at Morgans Gate due to alleged conversion.

Sri Rajashekarananda Swamiji of Vajradehi Math said, “We suspect conspiracy in the suicide of a family due to conversion at Morgans Gate. Minorities oppose anti-conversion law. Why are they scared of anti conversion law?

“Since several years, conversion activities are going on in full flow. We could see the same in Asiya case. Anti- conversion law has to be introduced immediately. Before its implementation, there has to be a trial run of the law. This case of suicide should not be closed or else we will knock the doors of the Supreme Court. We strongly demand the government to introduce anti- conversion law,” he said.

Om Shree Vidyananda Swamiji of Om Shree Math Chilimbi said, “There has been forced conversion of Vijayalaxmi by Noor Jaan which led to the suicide of four members of the family. We should force the government to bring anti-conversion law. We should continuously fight to bring this law. It is our duty to stop conversion.”

VHP secretary Shivanand Mendon said, “It is very unfortunate to lose the family. The lady was working in a house owned by Noor Jaan. Nagesh came to know about conversion. Nagesh questioned her long ago. Vijayalaxmi went missing and was staying in the house of Noor Jaan. The death note was found where Nagesh alleged that Noor Jaan’s involvement in conversion. This is a forced conversion by luring Nagesh’s wife. Vijayalakshmi also wanted divorce from her husband as he did not agree for conversion. In the name of ‘Love Jihad’ we are witnessing conversion. The chief minister said that he will bring anti-conversion law. On the other hand, these minorities approach the chief minister opposing the anti-conversion law. Why minorities are afraid of it?

“If there is no conversion, then why will Hindus visit churches on Sundays? We demand the home minister to probe into this case of suicide where Noor Jaan is involved in conversion. We demand the arrest of all the culprits involved in conversion other than Noor Jaan,” he said.

VHP district president Gopal Kutthar, district convenor Puneeth Attavar, VHP leader Krishna Murthy and others were present.

Please arrange for all attendees to sit on chairs. Why are speakers sitting on chairs and men sitting on ground. It doesn't look good. If there is lesser funds then organizing committee should arrange for mats and both speakers and attendees sit on ground. Or else everyone should stand. This is like the old times were labourers sit only on floor in landlords house. Not ottare organizating. Professionalism should be there.

Dear respected Swamiji's seen on the protest, I have a request, you dont look good with protesters. Please go to Churches and please request those who have converted to come to temple and you please provide them basic preaching . That is all you have to do. Why are you worried about these political agenda. There is only 1 CM post and that is in UP only reserved for swamiji's,do not expect that Karnataka will allow you to join politics.

Tomorrow if this news spreads europe and other christian countries regarding harrasing of minorities in India even they start harrassing hindus abroad who have migrated to these countries. this should not happen hence awake and open your mouths against sanghis. remember sanghis never help you in your need times. it is your neigbhours and many christian organisations helping. Maximum Indian hindus working and doing business abroad of these majority are hindutvaadi. High time christians, bishops , cardinals, Pope all over the world act and deport hindutvaadi and ban iskon, maata amritya, triple sri who are converting foreigners in large numbers. Tit for tat without violence. This is the only way to stop harrasment of minorites.
