Udupi: Excellence day programme held at St Lawrence College Moodbelle

Udupi, Sep 22: “If students utilize their talent, they can achieve great achievements. Happiness of the achievement doubles, when they get best education institution, ideal teachers and blessings of parents”, said Fr George D'Souza, the correspondent of St Lawrence group of Educational institutions

He presided over the 'Excellence Day' felicitation programme for the achievers of the St Lawrence Group of Institutions Moodubelle.

Dr Roshan Martis, winner of International young Scientist award and Alumnus of the College was honoured on the occasion. The management also felicitated the students, who passed in public exam last year with distinction marks as well as the PU students.

National award teacher and alumnus of the college Kudi Vasanth Shetty was the chief guest. Gerald Fernandes, vice president, church pastoral committee, Edward Larsen, the principal of the College, Sunitha Kamath, teacher, faculties of the management and students were present.

Jecintha Lobo and John Castelino reviewed the result. Lizwita introduced the guests. Philip Noronha welcomed the gathering, Shreya Saldanha proposed vote of thanks. Royston Martis and Melisa compered the programme.
