My suggestion is not to go forward for cochlear implementation since there is no guarantee after the operation it will be successful Hence he should get a hearing aid machine with the help of the good doctors they will check the audio hearing loss and according to that they will provide you the hearing aid so that he can hear well 😊 God bless u

'....they will provide you the hearing aid so that he can hear well'. Kindly do not misguide public with such statements. Cochlear implants are the treatment of choice for children with bilateral severe to profound hearing loss and with sufficient speech therapy the child can develop good speech and language skills which may not be possible with hearing aids. Public can also look into the ADIP scheme from the government which has the option for cochlear implantation for children up to 6 years of age.
