‘Udupi is facing trouble due to Pramod Madhwaraj’s negligent decisions’ - MLA Raghupati Bhat

Daijiworld Media Network – Udupi (JD)

Udupi, Jun 11: “When I became the MLA of the district, for the first year of my tenure, former MLA Pramod Madhwaraj put pressure on the coalition government of JD(S)-Congress to handover the maintenance of Mother & Child Hospital with just a MoU and without any sort of permanent agreements,” said Udupi MLA Raghupati Bhat.

Responding to the Madhwaraj’s allegations against him in regard to the Koosamma Shambhu Shetty Haji Abdullah Mother & Child Hospital, Bhat said, “As an MLA of the constituency, I have extended my co-operation for the hospital. My motive was to identify the responsibility. The MoU itself is wrong. The mistake was by the former government as it did not make any permanent agreement and handed over the hospital just with a MoU. I want to tell Madhwaraj that it was due to his negligence today we have to see this day. You were the in-charge minister then. Why did you not make a permanent agreement?

“I am not an MLA who tolerates illegal things. We are supporting the hospital and we are ready to continue the same. Madhwaraj should not mix the agriculture on barren land issue with this one. Agriculture is related to the farmers and it is a divine work. You created this problem due to your negligence. At a time where Udupi is suffering due to your negligent decisions, commenting about the issue sitting in quarantine is not acceptable. Do not comment against those who are working with the people,” he said.

If KMC wouldn't been there in Udupi the situation will be worst than UP and Bihar. Handover this hospital to KMC they can run better way and useful to the people of Udupi. Same time you also retire and do agriculture in HADALU booming.

People of Udupi elected new leadership in July 2019. It has been almost 3 Years, Its quite enough time to fix the issues. Blaming previous MLA is not the solution to the problem. People brought changes to fix the issues Udupi is facing. People changing leadership to get better services and to have competition between present and previous leadership in return they are paying taxes in form of GST, House Tax, Municipality Tax, Garden Tax, Labor Tax, Service Tax, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax etc. etc. "If you are looking to inspire people then blaming is the last thing you want to do. To inspire others, focus your attention on the solution, not the blame. No good comes from blame, good comes from finding a way to correct the situation." Another 2 years if issues would not fixed, Educated people of Udupi knows to whom they require to vote. Matter is simple Hospital staff has not been getting salary from three month, Its pendamic situation and they are working risking their life, Government should pay them salary and additional incentives to motivate them and to support financially and morally. If they are getting salary on time no one blame present leadership.

Mangalore and Udupi are one of those districts where people will anyways vote for BJP,so there's no real need for the party to do any work. No doubt MLAs and MPs from BJP are permanently helpless here. Ultimately it is the voters to blame who keep voting for a party which doesn't treat you like a wife but a second set up without any responsibilities and commitments.

People please understand and be polite, Bhatta can not do any development now because of previous govt. As a ruling party MLA he and his party head masters can abrogate articles, impose CAA, demonetize, GST, triple talaq, build detention centres, over throw a elected perfectly running state govts, beef ban while themselves indulge in beef export trade and most importantly be communal divide and rule but to do development they cite previous govt a favourite rhetoric of this govt. IF There Is Will There Are Ways.

Why can't you both ask for grants from,'PM Cares Fund' instead of all this Tu-Tu-Mein-Mein ??? If we the local people need service, for that to happen the serving staff should be paid. At any cost.
