Puttur, Mar 20: Students of St Philomena PU College, here, on March 17 raised the honour of the institution by securing 12 medals in the district level athletic meet organized by Pre-University Educational Board, here, in collaboration with Sri Narayana Guru PU College, Katipalla at Mangala Stadium, Mangaluru.

The correspondent and the principal congratulate the following students for their excellent performance.

1. Sujan K (I ECBA 'D) secured the third prize in 110 mt hurdles and 4×400 relay

2. Manvith (II SEBA 'B') secured the third prize in 4x400 relay

3. Mohammed Ameer(I HEPS) secured the second prize in 400 hurdles and third prize in 4x100 relay and 4x400 relay

3. Shanmukha (I HEPS) secured third prize in Pole Voult

4. Thejas (II SEBA 'A') secured third prize in 4x100 relay and 4x400 relay

5. Niyaz(II HEPS) secured third prize in 4x100 relay

6. Razi (II PCMB) secured third prize in 4x100 relay

7. Vithashree (I SCBA) secured third prize in Hammer throw
