Mangaluru, Feb 24: St Agnes School on February 19 organized a personality development programme for the students of grade X.

Patsy Lobo, the president of CASK was the main organizer. The other resource persons were Derick Lobo, Arthi Kamath, Joan Lobo, Patricia Mathias and Uma Rao. The president of CASK welcomed the students. The programme began with warm-up activities wherein students were asked to identify their qualities and appreciate the qualities of their friends.

Patsy Lobo touched on topics of Self-confidence, Self-awareness and Exam stress. She insisted that students organize their day-to-day work, block out distractions, eat healthy food, stay fit, choose their career wisely and avoid procrastination.

Derick Lobo guided the students on the different streams and also educated them on the importance of soft skills in order to lead a successful life. Arthi Kamath focused on study and memory techniques.

The importance of cultivating happiness in a person's life was emphasized by Usha Rao.

The talk concluded with a dance session led by Joan Lobo.

Every student was awarded a merit certificate by the CASK team. Students were very enthusiastic and gained a lot of knowledge through this seminar.
