Puttur, Feb 12: Inaugural programmme of Impeesa Rovers and Rangers crew was on February 12 organized at St Philomena P.U.College, here.

The president, Fr Vijay Lobo, principal of St Philomena PU College said that all the Rovers and Rangers should make the best use of the opportunities available and serve the country.

The chief guest, Dhanya P T, department of Commerce, St Philomena College, Puttur said that students should serve society and should not accept any rewards in return.

The guest, Sandesh John Lobo from the department of English and Rover Scout leader informed the students about the use of joining Rovers and Rangers unit.

The coordinator, Sharath Alva from the department of History and Rover Scout leader gave a brief introduction about the benefits that the students would enjoy. He informed about the various job opportunities and facilities available by joining this unit.

Scout leader, Naufal Razak, Ashik and Akash displayed a PowerPoint presentation.

The coordinator, Suma PR from the department of English and the Ranger leader were present on the occasion.

Sanjana (IISEBA 'B') welcomed the gathering. Nihal Nayak, senior Scout leader rendered the vote of thanks. Saifuddeen (I HEPS) compered the programme.
