Mangaluru: St Agnes PU College organises counselling session for II PU students

Mangaluru, Jan 28: In the present situation, it is desirable that we equip ourselves with all-round capabilities and skills to keep fit. Keeping in mind the confused state of the students, St Agnes PU College, organised a counselling session for the II PU students on January 27.

Sharmila Sanil, a counsellor and family therapist at Manashanti Counselling Centre, Mangaluru addressed the students on how to reduce stress and anxiety. She also urged the students to manage their time wisely, so that they can face the board exams confidently.

Anitha G Shenoy, lecturer welcomed the speaker and the participants of the session.



A vote of thanks was rendered by Sharon Menezes, the college vice-president.

Sr Norine D'Souza, the principal, Sr Janet Sequeira, the vice-principal and the staff were present on the occasion.
