Dubai: Remo's ‘Microwave Pappadams’ Have Audience Wanting More

Dubai, Dec 19: Popular pop star Padmashree Remo Fernandes, along with his three-piece ‘Microwave Pappadams’ troupe, enthralled a limited audience at Tantra Club of Karama Hotel in the city.

Earlier, Remo inaugurated the authentic Goan restaurant ‘IndiGo’ at Karama Hotel. The restaurant promoters along with general manager of the hotel and other guests were present during the official opening ceremony of the restaurant.

Soon after the inauguration, Remo played some Goan Konkani numbers to a packed audience. His humorous style of singing was appreciated by the audience.










































At Tantra, the DJ started playing music at 11.00 pm and just before midnight Remo took over the session and mesmerized the crowd non-stop for three-hours.

He performed popular numbers from his albums, hit Bollywood movies, and other popular songs rendered by him, which had the audience asking for more.

His most popular numbers like ‘Oh Meri Munni’, ‘Maria Pithache’, ‘Pyar Tho Hona Hi Tha’, ‘Hamma, hamma’, ‘Bombay City’, and ‘Goan Mando’, were all part of the show.
 
When Remo played the flute, he was cheered on by the audience which asked for an encore. Needless to sya, Remo’s show at the Tantra was packed to the hilt.
