Mangaluru: St Agnes College organises workshop on responding to stress

Mangaluru, Dec 16: The department of Commerce, St Agnes College ( Autonomous), organized a workshop for the III BCom students on December 16. Ankith S Kumar was the resource person for the session.

Ainish D’Cunha of III BCom welcomed the gathering. Ankith S Kumar began the session with a warm up. He spoke about how to respond to stress and enjoy the little things in life. He explained the different types of stress. He helped the students understand the difference between chance and choice and made students analyze the level of happiness in various fields of life. He linked the concept of health and anger.

The orientation programme helped the students’ to deal with stress and anger. Rashika Mariam delivered the vote of thanks.
