Mangaluru, Dec 16: ‘First in First’, a simulated session on ‘First Aid’ was conducted for the faculty and staff members in the conference hall of Expert PU College, Valachil.
Dr Divya Damodhar, while giving demonstration said, ‘"irst Aid is the immediate and temporary care given to victim of an accident or sudden illness until the services of a doctor can be obtained or during transportation to hospital."
Dr Mohammed Mubasheer said, "It is essential for everyone to know about First Aid. First Aid kits may be basic and comprehensive. What we need depends on our medical training and our distance from professional medical help."
Architect Deepika A Nayak, honoured the resource persons with memento.
Dr N K Vijayan Karippal, principal and the staff members were present on the occasion. Keerthan Kini, assistant HR, welcomed the gathering and rendered the vote of thanks.
