Jaipur, Dec 7: A Hector owner in Rajasthan is lately doing rounds in social media for his presentation of the SUV. The man has covered his vehicle with posters calling the car a 'Donkey Vehicle'.

The owner of Hector claimed that he faced problems with the clutch of the SUV. However, he alleged that when he visited the dealership he received no assistance and instead was treated rudely.

Following the disappointment he faced from the dealership, the owner decided to get a donkey to pull his car in front of the dealership.

Earlier today, the issue was brought to the notice of MG India by a member of Hemkant Jain of MG Hector Club India – a Facebook group. To this MG India has revealed that the owner of the said Hector, has shown vested interest and is taking undue advantage of the brand’s ‘customer first’ approach.

MG India has strongly refuted to all the allegations made by the Hector owner. MG India claimed that the company has taken appropriate action against the owner, for tarnishing the brand image.

Launched back in June 2019, MG India has sold over 13,000 Hector SUVs till date. In spite of this, the company has order of more than 30,000 units. The waiting period is up to 6 months in some case. Despite Hector being the first ever car from MG in India – Car buyers have placed immense trust in the British brand.
