Mangaluru, Aug 3: Mangalore South Bolara cluster level Prathibha Karanji Competitions were held on August 2 at St Mary's Kannada Primary School Falnir, in the city.
The event began with lighting the ceremonial lamp by Fr Joseph Lobo, NGO representive Jude Fugal, BEO Lokesh, corporater Abdul Rafuk.
The joint secretary in her message put forth the idea that students should develop their talents. In her speech she quoted Leo Buscaglia 'Your talents are God's gift back to God'. She also said that it is their choices that show what they truly are, far more than their abilities.
CRP Rehana and SDMC vice president and old student, Joan were present at the progaramme.
Teacher Shaila welcomed the gathering and Sandriya thanked everyone for the success of the event. Sr Sophie Prescilla Periera conducted the inaugural programme.
The various competitions then kickstarted.
