Mangaluru: Career guidance for Science students of St Agnes PU College conducted

Mangaluru, Jul 31: Career guidance is crucial as it helps an individual to explore different avenues in the field of education and choice of career. Under the ageis of ‘SPECTRUM’, the department of Mathematics organised a career guidance programme for II PUC science students of St Agnes PU College on July 31 at the conference hall.

Dr Norbert Lobo, head of the department of Economics, St Aloysius College (autonomous), Mangaluru was the resource person. He spoke on various career opportunities available for Science students. He gave them insights on keeping pace with future. He also answered queries of the students and guided them to make right choices in their careers.



Reena Pearl, lecturer in Mathematics introduced the resource person and welcomed the gathering. Sr Norine D'Souza AC, principal; Sr Janet Sequeira AC, vice principal and Ramya H, HOD of Mathematics were present. Nidhi Shenoy rendered the vote of thanks.
