Mangaluru: Srinivas University signs MoU with Xlanz India Pvt Ltd

Mangaluru, Jun 17: Srinivas group of colleges under the able guidance of the leading charted accountant, CA A Raghavendra Rao, has been imparting quality education for more than 30 years. These institutions are recognized from AICTE, NCTE, NCI, MCI, DCI, PCI, COA as well as NAAC A Grade. Considering all the above recognitions, the group of colleges became a private university called Srinivas University during 2013. In the year 2015, eight colleges under the banner of Srinivas University started around 80 various courses in UG, PG and research programmes.

In order to give quality education to the students, the university started adopting various innovative programmes like credit based system, STEAM, ESEP, more practical oriented classes, minor project in each semester, IPR training, patent/copyright/journal publications and industrial standard software development as internship during the last semester. In this connection, the university has MOU with several multi-national companies.

On Monday, for the ESEP programme (Employability skill Enhancement Programme), the university is signing an MOU with Xlanz India Pvt Ltd, which is the associate concern of American based company Venture Soft Global. The idea behind this MOU is to train the students with a focus on various aspects needed for competitive exams like UPSC, SBI-PO, leading IT companies, BFSI exams, railways etc for the employment purpose.

CA A Raghavendra Rao, chancellor, Dr A Srinivas Rao, pro chancellor, Dr P S Aithal, vice chancellor, Dr Anil Kumar and Dr Ajay K G, registrars, Ashwin Kirshna, CEO, G Srinivas, COO of Xlanz were present during the press conference.
