Puttur: Women's wing holds talk at St Philomena College

Puttur, Jun 14: The women's wing of St Philomena College organised a talk on ‘Who am I ....?’ on June 12 at Silver Jubilee Memorial Hall.

Fr Vijay Lobo, principal, in his presidential remarks said, “We should maintain good health, good manners and personality.” He further said that every student has a hidden talent and so they should discover their talent and make a better use of it.

Chief guest Sr Lilly Pushpa, trainer and counsellor, Shanti Sandesha Trust, Mangaluru, said, “A dream or desire can become a goal only when it has direction, dedication, determination, discipline and deadline. Students should remove the word 'Impossible' from their dictionary because the word impossible itself says that I am possible.” She encouraged students to have a goal in life.



Laveen L.Santhmayar, department of Commerce and Suma P R, department of English, coordinated the programme.

Swastika (II SEBA) welcomed and compered the programme. Sangeetha (II SCBA) rendered the vote of thanks.
