Mangaluru, Jun 3: Srinivas Institute of Technology’s MBA students’ association VOLMAS, valedictory function and final year student’s farewell function was held on May 31.

Dr Shrinivasa Mayya D, principal of the college presided over the function, speaking on the occasion he emphasized the importance of education as well as explained how to grab and make best use of the available opportunities. Kruthya, final year student welcomed the gathering, Chaithra S, secretary of VOLMAS read association’s annual report.

Prof Praveena D, staff coordinator of VOLMAS announced names of talented students and from the association they have been awarded.

Final students also gave feedback and shared their experience with the audience. Mohammad Mansoor, president of VOLMAS rendered the vote of thanks. Dr Ajoy S Joeph, head of MBA department was also present on the occasion. Sharanya and Rahila Banu compered the programme.
