Mangalore, Jan 21:  The team of amateur kite flyers, 'Team Mangalore' led by Sarvesh Rao that has won laurels both at national and international levels, has added another feather to its cap. At the just-concluded 19th International Kite Festival held in Ahmedbad, it has bagged the second award in the collage kite section. The award-winning kite was made by Dinesh Holla, artist of the team.
