‘Anmol’ Organizes Diwali Event for Street Children

Mumbai, Nov 4: ‘Anmol’, an NGO working for the welfare of street children organized an event for about 2,000 girls, all street children, at Auxilium Convent School ground, Wadala, recently.



MPs Priya Dutt and Eknath Gaikwad, District Congress Committee general secretary John S Rebello, and corporator Raghunath Tawai, were present on the occasion. 

The girls enjoyed the company of Dutt as it was their wish to celebrate Deepavali with her.  Music, dance, art, and talent contests were held throughout the day. Rebello and his wife felicitated Anmol director Sr Moksha on the occasion.
