Mangaluru, Jul 2: The shooting of Kannada film ‘Lungi’, which is being produced by a group of young aspiring filmmakers from the city, has been completed.
The film is a romantic comedy which presents the story of a group of youngsters just out of college looking for employment. According to the makers, the film will give a good message to the society. It will feature Kannada with Mangalurean accent.
‘Lungi’ is being produced by Mukesh Hegde under the banner ‘Khaara Entertainers’.
Akshith Shetty has written the story and directed the film which will feature young actors Pranav Hegde, Ahalya Suresh, Radhika Rao, Prakash Thuminadu, Roopa Vorkady, Deepak Rai Panaje, Karthik, Mime Ramdas, and Sandeep Shetty. Arjun Lewis is handling the screenplay, dialogues, and lyrics. Rijjo P John has handled cinematography and Prasad K Shetty has composed the music.
