‘Dasa Sahitya’ by Puttur Narasimha Nayak Enthralls Audience

‘Bhakti Rasamanjari’, a devotional music programme by Puttur Narasimha Nayak and troupe, was held on Monday September 22 at the Mysore Association auditorium in Matunga.
 
Madhav Bhandary, spokesman, Maharastra state BJP, was the chief guest while Dr B Gopal Rao, Dr S V Rao and lawyer Kadandale Parari Prakash L Shetty were the guests of honour.



IITC chairman S K Urval and his wife Prafulla S Urval, IITC directors Vikrant Urval, Reena V Urval, Sandesh Urval, and Neha S Urval, and Dr Manjunath of Mysore Association, Mumbai, were also present on the occasion.
 
Speaking on the occasion, Nayak said that devotional music enriches spiritual life and binds each other with divinity. He also appreciated the Urval family for their various humanitarian efforts.
 
Nayak performed the ‘Dasa Sahitya’ in Kannada, Hindi, and Marathi assisted by Rajesh Bhagavat Mulky (tabla), Sharat Kumar Haleyangady (guitar), Shivalingappa Rajapura (saxophone), and Damodar Bhagavat Mulky (taal).
 
Savitri Rao Rao invoked the prayer while Laxminarayan Mucchinthaya compered the programme.
