Mangalore, May 3: BJP district unit president Monappa Bhandary and BJP advocates' forum convener K Sudhakar Joshi have complained to the chief election commissioner of India that AICC media chief Veerappa Moily has voilated the election code of conduct.

In a letter addressed to the chief election commissioner, they alleged that Moily breached the code of conduct when he accused RSS and BJP of being responsible for the destruction of Ram Temple at Ayodhya and robbing the offerings. The allegations are false and in violation of the code of conduct, they stated in the letter.

Moily had made the allegation while speaking at a workshop conducted by AICC-KPCC on Wednesday April 30.

The letter also stated that Moily alleged that BJP Parivar had destroyed Babri Masjid and also planned the murder of Babulal Das who was supposedly a witness to the robbery.

Urging stern action against Moily, BJP stated in the letter that Moily was trying to create hatred for BJP in the minds of the people and also trying to incite bad blood between Hindus and Muslims.

Mr. Monappa Bhandary / K Sudhakar Joshi - It is not Veerappa Moili, It was stany Pinto of Kalladka who is a Multi-millionaire and owner of IT firm in United States. You do not have a word to speak against Stany Pinto
