Mangaluru: Mahesh PU College hosts orientation programme for new students

Mangaluru, Jun 30: “Initiating educational institutions in several states of our country and abroad, the world famous Mahesh Institute’s founder Mahesh Shetty and a student of Mahesh Institute Chandigarh Sarvesh Mehtani who recently won first rank for our country in JEE Competitive Examination are both inspirational personalities,” said the notable college Kateel Durgaparameshwari’s principal, professor Balakrishna Shetty. Professor Shetty inaugurated the welcome programme and talked to the new students and guardians of Mahesh PU College here.

"A PUC student's life is a significant time. Hard work and sacrifice in those two years can ensure a happy life for at least 80 years," he added.

The principal and college director Dr Naveen Shetty urged the students to have hunger for studying and a goal in life. If every student loves what one does then along with contentment they will achieve success.

The administrator of the college professor Anil Mascarenhas imparted information regarding upcoming PUC education and advised the students and their parents about behavioral aspect.

The college trustee Sujith Kumar who took the leadership of the entire programme threw light on the college facilities and introduced the lecturers to the new students and guardians.

Professor Deepu K S welcomed the gathering and Narasimha Bhat expressed the vote of thanks. Professors Shrimati Nisha Shetty and Sunil compered the programme.
