Mangalore, Aug 24: A unique diploma correspondence course in Real Estate Management will begin at St Aloysius Evening College, said principal, Fr Vincent Pinto.

The objective of the course has been to impart genuine real estate knowledge and expertise to investors, employees of realtors, project promoters, real estate brokers, financial advisors, bank officials, tax planners and others interested in real estate investment.

The courses would impart practical knowledge in land conversion, obtaining RTCs, khatas, survey, selection of apartments and sites, property valuation, registration, Vastu, capital gains tax, legal procedures, housing loan EMIs, documentation, effective usage of Right to Information Act and sales tax pertaining to real estate operations, among others.

The courses will be opened for all residing in the state and NRI’s too.

    It is nice to here about this course, all realtors builders, developers should do this course.. I would like to know more about the subjects and the lessons involved. I am realtor , developer and  do govt liasioning in real estate at Bangalore. I would also like to more about duration of the course and cost.

    It is nice to hear that St AloYsius College is offering a Real Estate Cource. The topics sounds interesting. One of my hobby is Real Estate, buying, renovating and selling. I would like to know more about this course and the cost. Thanks.
