'Droom' in supercars for free

New Delhi, July 14 (IANS): If you have been drooling over the luxurious Audi R8 or pining for a ride in a sturdy Hummer, Droom, an online marketplace for buying and selling automobiles, is giving a rare chance to fulfil your wish - and for free.

Droom, on Tuesday, announced that it has partnered with Uber to present ‘Supercars on Demand’. Use the Uber app between 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday to get your desired supercar on demand.

The activity is only planned for Delhi-NCR, and there are only four supercars on offer.

Rishab Malik, co-founder and vice president, business development, Droom, says niche luxury cars are now just a click away with his platform as it offers a wide range of pre-owned, exotic and classy cars for sale.

"Through this campaign we wish to bring people who have longed to enjoy a first hand experience of supercars one step closer to owning their very own mean machine," Malik said in a statement.

Talking about bringing #UberSUPERCARS to India, Karun Arya, communications lead, South Asia and India, Uber, commented: "This is one way of giving our riders an opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy the supercar ride.â€
