SRK urges his 13 million Twitter followers to respect women

Mumbai, May 15: The King of Romance shared a poignant message on the occasion of accruing 13 million followers on the micro blogging site Twitter. He posted a video of himself shirtless but wearing sun glasses as he gave his message to the world.

SRK who is known to have surpassed many of his contemporaries in the number of followers they have on social media said in his video message that, "A home is made of all different sorts in a family, we discuss with each other, contradict each other even fight with each other but do not abuse woman, mother, sisters and daughters just because they are not yours... Thank you 13 million for making this very colourful home with me and yes I am wearing glares but I am not wearing a shirt."

49 years of age the actor has been in the movie industry for nearly three decades and has grown to be a very popular one at that - the world over. Known for his work in movies, adverts, TV-shows and live events, Shahrukh Khan has given people some highly memorable entertainment during these three decades. Work that has earned him the moniker of 'King Khan'.

His production firm called Red Chillies entertainment tweeted their congratulations on the occasion too, by saying "And the love just keeps growing by leaps and bounds! Congrats @iamsrk! #SRK13Million”, Presently in Chennai cheering his IPL cricket team at their ongoing matches, the Badshaah (Emperor) of Bollywood is being outshined on a regular basis by his youngest son AbRam Khan who will two years old a dozen more days.
