CSK opt to bat against Kings XI

Chennai, April 25 (IANS): Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and opted to bat against Kings XI Punjab in the Indian Premier League (IPL) being played at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium here on Saturday.

The teams:

Chennai Super Kings: Dwayne Smith, Brendon McCullum, Suresh Raina, Faf du Plessis, Mahendra Singh Dhoni (captain), Ravindra Jadeja, Dwayne Bravo, Ravichandran Ashwin, Mohit Sharma, Ishwar Pandey, Ashish Nehra.

Kings XI Punjab: Murali Vijay, Virender Sehwag, Shaun Marsh, David Miller, George Bailey (captain), Wriddhiman Saha, Axar Patel, Mitchell Johnson, Anureet Singh, Karanveer Singh, Sandeep Sharma.
