Mumbai Indians opt to bat against Sunrisers Hyderabad


Mumbai, April 25 (IANS): Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and chose to bat against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Wankhede Stadium here on Saturday.

Mumbai Indians brought in two changes in their playing XI. Jagadeesha Suchith replaces Jasprit Bumrah and Vinay Kumar comes in for Hardik Pandya. Sunrisers Hyderabad have brought in Trent Boult and Hanuma Vihari for Moises Henriques and Bipul Sharma, respectively.

Mumbai Indians: Rohit Sharma (captain), Lendl Simmons, Parthiv Patel, Unmukt Chand, Kieron Pollard, Ambati Rayudu, Harbhajan Singh, Vinay Kumar, Jagadeesha Suchith, Mitchell McClenaghan, Lasith Malinga.

Sunrisers Hyderabad: David Warner (captain), Ravi Bopara, Shikhar Dhawan, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Praveen Kumar, Trent Boult, Naman Ojha, Lokesh Rahul, Karn Sharma, Dale Steyn, Hanuma Vihari.
