No SRK to cheer for KKR at Eden

Kolkata, April 11 (IANS): Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan missed out cheering for his team, the Kolkata Knight Riders as they took on Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Eden Gardens here on Saturday in the eighth edition of Indian Premier League.

SRK, who had earlier confirmed his presence during KKR's matches in Kolkata, was busy with work in Delhi.

"In Delhi for launch of Mahagun projects. Will miss my KKR boys. Edenites shout loud enuff to make up for my absence," he posted on Twitter.

The "Happy New Year" actor had cheered for the squad with his three children at the arena on April 8 during the maiden IPL match which saw the Knights sail to a seven wicket victory over Mumbai Indians.
