Shahid Kapoor goes blue for 'Udta Punjab'


Mumbai, April 11 (IANS): Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has got a blue streak for his upcoming thriller movie “Udta Punjab”.

Shahid gave his fans a sneak peak into his new look by sporting a blue streak with long hair along with a beard and a moustache.

The 34-year-old shared the photograph on image-sharing website Instagram and captioned it : "Adding some colour to the dark and edgy #udtapunjab . Can't wait to start this one."

Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, the film tells the story of substance abuse in the Indian state of Punjab. It also features Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh.

Arjun Kapoor shares a holiday selfie

The selfie bug seems to have bitten most of the Bollywood stars and the recent victim is actor Arjun Kapoor who shared a picture of himself online while holidaying.

The 29-year-old actor, who is quite active on social media, took to his micro-blogging website Twitter to share a selfie.

The ”Ishaqzaade” actor looked very relaxed in the photograph with a water body in the photograph. Arjun was seen topless and was sporting black sunglasses in the image.

“Succumbed to taking the #holidayselfie !!! Getting away is underrated...recharged rested and ready...let's go !!!” Arjun tweeted alongside a selfie.
