Small screen's 'Maharana Pratap' now eyeing films


Mumbai, March 30 (IANS): TV star Faisal Khan, who has earned much fame with dance-based reality show "Dance India Dance" and historical show "Bharat Ka Veer Putra - Maharana Pratap", says the turning point of his career is yet to come and now he is eyeing the big canvas to broaden his wings.

"The turning point of my life is yet to come. Everyone wants to be on the big screen one day and so do I wish. Let's see when it happens," Faisal said here.

Meanwhile, on being asked about his inspiration in Bollywood, he named superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan.

"Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan are my inspirations. Hrithik has everything -- height, looks, personality... and he is a good singer and dancer as well," the "Dance India Dance" winner said.

"From Shah Rukh, I can learn acting. He acts very cutely," added the teenager.
