New Delhi, Feb 26: VRG Motion Pictures who are the makers of the movie Badmashiyaan have opted for an out of court settlement with Multi Screen Media (MSM) and Kaleidoscope Entertainment Pvt. Ltd for the copying their movie Mango. Mango in itself is based on the Korean movie 'Couples.'

The cast of the movie 'Badmashiyaan' were seen promoting their movie even though the movie itself was in legal doldrums. It has been reported that the terms and conditions of the contract are being fine tuned and the compensation amount is also being decided, so that the issues are resolved.

One of the main reasons the makers have opted to settle the matter as quickly as possible is the fast approaching release date of the movie that has been set for next week. The trailers that are available on YouTube for both the movies show how similar they are and finding differences between them would be a game of hocus-pocus, provided language is not counted.

The film's producer Vijay Gutte confirmed the internal decision to go for an out of court settlement but declining to divulge any more details he said, "Before the terms and conditions are chalked out, we cannot divulge anything,"
