Real Sociedad beat Elche 3-0

Madrid, Nov 29 (IANS): Real Sociedad winger Carlos Vela scored a hat-trick to help new coach David Moyes get his first win in the Spanish La Liga, beating Elche 3-0.

The former Arsenal player made it 1-0 just two minutes into the start Friday, and scored the second goal in the 31st minute, reports Xinhua.

In the second half, the Mexican completed his hat-trick after eight minutes, which was his fifth goal in the La Liga this season.

Former Everton and Manchester United manager David Moyes signed with Real Sociedad Nov. 11 and drew 0-0 in his first game with Deportivo.
