In countries like Estonia, Korea & Japan. Only the brightest students graduating from the college
are given posts of school teachers, no wonder the general public of these countries are very smart
because they are taught from the best.

Likewise in India if govt is willing to give high salary
& employ toppers from our Universities like IIT/IIM graduates, not only our educational system
but the new generation will be more competent.

I don't know why students commits suicide & get depressed, there is no need, the educational
systems which we see today is already an obsolete one! These educational intuitions will be history
in the coming age of 'Singularity University','Internet of Things' etc.
I do wish all the students all the best,I urge you to watch this TED video, go to YouTube & type -Sir Ken Robinson Do schools kill creativity?
