Mumbai, Sep 25: The Konkani Bhasha Mandal held its 64th annual general body meeting on Sunday September 24, at the Ghyan Ashram at Andheri (E) here.
John D’Silva, vice-president, Konkani Bhasha Mandal, presided over the meeting. Present on the dais were J B Moraes, working president, Joy Paladka, honorary secretary and Leo Fernandes, treasurer.
Ancy Paladka, joint secretary, Sudhir Kodkani, joint treasurer and members of administrative committee Joe D’souza, Cyprian Albuquerque, Sheela Kolambkar, Lawrence D’Souza Kamani, Philomena Sanfrancisco, Walter D’Souza Jarimari, Benedicta Rebello, were also present.
Joy Paladka read last year’s annual meeting report. Rosario Fernandes was appointed as the auditor for the coming year. Leo Fernandes proposed the vote of thanks.
