Mumbai, Sep 1: Vishwanath U Mada has been unanimously elected as the new president of the Jayashrikrishna Parisara Premi Samiti. The election took place at the Samiti's first annual meet held at the Tunga International Hotel at Andheri here, on Wednesday August 30.
The programme was presided over by advocate Subhash B Shetty. Samiti founder Tonse Jayakrishna A Shetty, vice-president Jaya C Suvarna, advocate Mohideen Mundkur, Rons Bantwal, honorary treasurer I R Shetty and others were present.
Vishwanath Mada is also associated with West Coast of India, and is the vice-president of Maharashtra Tradition Association. He has also been a part of various environment related associations.
