Valencia (Spain), July 10 (IANS/EFE): Valencia goalkeeper Diego Alves said his national team Brazil's staggering 1-7 defeat to Germany totally surprised him.

Alves Wednesday said he knew that the German team is in top form but nobody expected such a heavy loss, which became the worst ever for Brazil Tuesday, reports Efe.
