Muntari banned for three games


Milan, Dec 24 (IANS): AC Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari has been banned for three games following his dismissal in the Milan derby Sunday, reported Xinhua.

The Ghana international, 29, was sent off in the 1-0 Milan's defeat at San Siro for his altercation with Zdravko Kuzmanovic.

Muntari will miss the club's Serie A ties with Atalanta, Sassuolo and Verona.

Following are the players who have been banned for one game: Anderson Da Silva Miguel (Cagliari), Campagnaro Hugo Armando (Internazionale), Diamanti Alessandro (Bologna), Garics Gyorgy (Bologna), Gobbi Massimo (Parma), Ramos Borges Emerson (Livorno).
