Leonard quits US basketball camp


Washington, Jul 17 (IANS): San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard has decided to quit the USA Basketball's minicamp, the association said.

At the same time, George Hill from Indiana Pacers, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist from Charlotte Bobcats and Marcus Smart from Oklahoma Stater University were included in the camp Tuesday, reports Xinhua.

The 29-player roster would train for three days July 22-24 and play an exhibition game July 25.
