India reach 400/3 at lunch


Hyderabad, Mar 4 (IANS): India made 400 for three in the first innings at lunch on the third day of the second cricket Test against Australia at the Rajiv Gandhi International, Uppal, here Monday.

Overnight batsmen Cheteshwar Pujara (204) and Murali Vijay (167) were the two wickets to fall in the day as India stretched its lead to 163 runs.

Sachin Tendulkar was batting on 3 and Virat Kohli 4 at the lunch break.
