Los Angeles, Jan 15 (IANS): Actress Carmen Electra has rubbished rumours that she was dating "The X Factor" boss Simon Cowell, saying they are just good friends.

Cowell created a buzz last month by saying that Electra was adorable.

"There's a lot of rumours... We're really good friends, and that's it," etonline.com quoted Electra as saying.

Asked if there was anything more than just friendship, she said: "No".
