Udupi, Sep 2: Trinity Central School celebrated Eid Milad with great enthusiasm and reverence, bringing students and teachers together to commemorate the birth and life of Prophet Muhammad.
The celebration highlighted the timeless values of love, kindness, peace, compassion, forgiveness and respect for others.
The dignitaries present on the dais included the principal, Fr Dominic Sunil Lobo, vice principal, Fr Amar Anthony Lobo and academic coordinator, Magdelina Lewis.
















The programme commenced with the school prayer song, creating a serene and prayerful atmosphere. This was followed by a special presentation on the significance of Eid Milad, which focused on the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad and encouraged students to imbibe values of truthfulness, kindness, respect and care for others in their daily lives.
Adding grace and devotion to the celebration, the students presented a beautiful Urdu prayer song, Naat in praise of Prophet Muhammad. The soulful performance was followed by an energetic Qawwali presentation, which added rhythm and vibrancy to the programme. A colourful dance performance by the students further enhanced the festive spirit and received enthusiastic applause from the audience.
The celebration also provided an opportunity for the students to reflect on the importance of living together in harmony and spreading goodness and compassion in society. The performances showcased not only the students’ talents but also their understanding of the values associated with the occasion.
The principal addressed the gathering and shared inspiring words on the significance of the celebration. The message encouraged the students to practise kindness, peace, love and mutual respect in their everyday lives.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the principal, teachers, students and everyone who contributed to the success of the celebration.
The Eid Milad celebration was a meaningful and enriching experience that reminded everyone that true celebration lies in spreading kindness, peace, love and respect in our lives.
