Mumbai, Aug 26: The Kanara Catholic Association (KCA) recently welcomed Walter Nandalike, the founder and managing director of Daijiworld Media Network, to their premises.
As the pioneer behind the multi-platform media powerhouse launched on January 14, 2001, Nandalike has transformed digital journalism for the coastal Konkan region and the global Mangalorean diaspora. Daijiworld has been a steadfast supporter of the KCA community, extensively covering their events, including their historic 125th anniversary celebrations.

During his recent visit to Mumbai to promote the new Konkani film 'Bapache Putache Navim' under the banner of Daijiworld Films, Nandalike expressed a strong desire to visit KCA. He was deeply impressed by how the institution has evolved over more than a century. KCA president Sunil Lobo, alongside managing committee members Brian D'Lima and Neel D'Souza, extended a warm welcome to the media veteran.
The leadership team shared the rich history, diverse activities, and remarkable 125-year journey of the KCA. The visit concluded with productive discussions on exploring meaningful collaborations between KCA and Daijiworld Media Network for the long-term benefit of KCA members.
