Mangaluru, Aug 22: Srinivas University Institute of Allied Health Sciences held 'Renal Nexus 2026', the National Conference on July 31, successfully brought together leading academicians, clinicians, researchers, industry experts, and students under the theme ‘Transforming renal health: Technology, education & excellence.’

Organised by the department of Renal Dialysis Technology, KVG Institute of Allied Health Sciences, KVG Medical College & Hospital, Sullia, the conference served as a vibrant platform for scientific exchange, professional networking, and discussions on the latest innovations in renal care.

Among the distinguished guest speakers was Rachana N, assistant professor and course coordinator, department of Renal Dialysis Technology, Srinivas Institute of Allied Health Science, Srinivas University, Mangaluru, who delivered an insightful session on ‘RO water system and its quality assurance.’ Her presentation highlighted the critical role of maintaining high-quality water standards in hemodialysis, emphasising patient safety, quality assurance, and best practices in dialysis care.
