Moodbidri, Aug 11: Three members of a family sustained burn injuries after a cylinder exploded at their rented house near Mijar on Tuesday morning, August 11.
The injured have been identified as Shivaram (31), a watchman at a private college, his wife Ganga (25), and their six-year-old son Adarsh.
Shivaram suffered severe burn injuries, while his wife and son also sustained burn injuries in the incident.
The incident occurred at around 6:30 am. The injured were shifted to a hospital for treatment.
